Explore Normandy Pass is not a mobile application, it is a web application accessible on explorenormandypass.com.

I didn't receive the confirmation code when I created my account

If the email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail box. It's probably there.

I've just paid for the Pass for two people, how and when will I receive it?

Your Pass will be active as soon as you pay via the Profile tab on the explorenormandypass.com page. All you have to do is present the QR code or barcode at the entrance of the sites you want to visit.

How do I use the Explore Normandy Pass to benefit from discounts?

To benefit from discounts, you must purchase a Premium Pass. Once you have purchased this pass, you will find in your account / profile section a QR code that you can present at the entrance of the paid sites you wish to visit. On presentation of this QR code, the site will allow you to benefit from any discounts they offer, either on the ticket or in the shop. These discounts vary from site to site and are indicated on each of our partners' pages within the Explore Normandy Pass.

I have bought the Premium Explore Normandy Pass for 2 people, but I only have one QR code, what should I do?

The QR code you present at the entrance of the different sites will indicate that it is valid for two people.
